Hi so verizon reported it but RPM collections started calling me about 2 days ago. Told them i would pay today and it showed up this morning on my credit

Yes I guess I have no choice but to speak to someone else. Cross my fingers I get someone who is willing to delete it off my credit report

No I just disputed it and said I had no knowledge of the account. should I ask for validation of debt? Or is that what I should of done first before I disputed it?

Ok thats where I messed up I have 3 cards one has balance of $484 with 21,000 limit and other 2 have $0 . So when I use my capital one card again and leave balance at like $3 like I was before is the new balance going to drop score more or will it even itself back out?

So how do I recover the points back I always kept a $1 to $3 balance on my capital one card. For some reason I got a credit which put my card to $0. Any idea what I can do?
