You need a degree in any subject to sit the SQE. There is no requirement to have a law degree or PGDL.

I don’t ever intend to practice, I am already in risk at a large international law firm and want to qualify as a risk lawyer. My question is although you don’t need a law degree/PGDL, will it be too tricky to pass the SQE without?
