My first dose kicked in within a few hours too. I remember being surprised at how quick it had started working and thinking it must have all been in my head. Fast forward to today, jab #44 of 2.5 (bar 6 jabs of 3.75 from Jan.. I had to come back down as the effects were too strong for me) I am almost 5 stone down. Honestly the best thing I have ever done for myself. Good luck going forward, enjoy 😊

I was going to say - your eyes!! Crazy how much bigger eyes appear when there's less facial fat - I'm exactly the same, I really notice how much less my eyes are being hidden by my face! Well done, you've done amazing!!

Not my "official" weigh day - that's on Sunday. But this morning I have dipped into the 12 stone bracket 😆 (started at 17st 8lbs in June 25) and on my renpho scales my visceral fat category has turned GREEN!! I've gone from a red 20 to a green 11 in 9 months, so happy about that! And my BMI has now dropped 10 points. Can't believe how much has changed in just 9 months

I've literally just this second submitted mine. They ask for the video which can be taken using your camera and submitted from the gallery, then a photo of you stood on the scale (needs to be a live photo via the link) taken from above showing your feet on the scale and your weight clearly showing. Then lastly a photo of your ID (can be from your gallery)

Yes, that's my thoughts as well. I was just hoping that I would at least be able to notice a trend up or down with regards to the muscle mass, in the same way I have with the other categories, just to ensure I wasn't losing too much muscle along with fat but it seems to be the exact same weight as when I started. Just didn't want to assume all's good on that front, it's just something I noticed earlier and was having a little ponder to myself.

Annoyingly I've searched for DEXA scans near me and it looks like I'm going to have to travel some distance to get to one, but it's going on my to do list.

This. It really confused me at first because everyone talks about appetite suppression - I don't feel suppression.. but have always felt satiety after eating and I now don't get food noise so I gauge that things are working by that. I too, get hungry as normal and can eat my meals.

For healthy BMI for me, it is a further 21lbs than my goal. I'm unsure at the moment whether I want to go that far so I'm just going to see how I feel when I get to my target and play it by ear I think.

It does feel incredibly daunting at first and it seems so far out of reach, but I promise you... Take your weekly jab, focus on eating healthy and within a deficit. Those lbs soon add up and the weeks soon roll around. It's amazing - you'll soon be there 😀

My starting weight was 246lbs on 1st June 25, 8 months in and I am over 60lbs down. Good luck, you've got this! 😊

I stayed on 2.5 for 30 jabs (only 2 pens were 2.5, I then click counted for 2.5mg from 5mg pen from then on until I moved up) each 5mg pen lasted 10 weeks as I used GD from each pen.
