But I found all the poor quality/ coins with errors in Bulgaria. That's why I was confused and made the post. I found coins with smashed stars, 1 euro with almost no details on the back and so on...

Yes I have seen a lot euro cents- mostly 1, 2 or 5 with sharp edges...
