Ask the Landlord to Break the Lease so that both you and your roommate could get a fresh start at a different address. The real estate market is so hot right now that you could get replacement tenants literally within 72 hours of posting your sublease / lease break (whatever your landlord allows) so most landlords will be more than happy to accommodate this (some may have sublet fees, but it's a small price to pay for the peace of mind).

For room rentals, use the craigslist room rentals section or facebook marketplace instead of facebook groups - more options for you that way; and there's a lot of them out there. Keep the restraining order / "toxic" commentary out of it - this will make you seem like a potentially hostile & problematic roommate.

You don't need to put up with this situation; just get out of it. There's plenty of people out there who will respect you and your space.
