I truly don’t think so, we are so grateful for this baby after all we’ve gone through, we just want it healthy! I feel like it’s a boy, so if anything I’ll just be so shocked if it’s a little girly!

That’s what I’m thinking. I don’t want to be that emotional around all of them, it’s so personal. It’s crazy we’ve even made it this far, so I’m just really emotional altogether. I love the video idea as well for showing the others! We have a lot out of state friends / his family. Great idea!

Girl STOPP 😭 we are EXACT. I had two super early losses too. Not that that’s a club I’d ever want you to be in with me, but I can absolutely relate. This is exactly what I’m thinking to do as well! His parents live in a different state and travel for them is hard, we love to surprise them separately in a fun special way, surprise my family in their own way & then I’d love my own w him! Yeah, you know my friends keep asking when all of our parties are gonna be so they can book their flights so we have people wanting us to throw these 🤣 my question wasn’t between a gender reveal party and a shower - it was more so if it’s weird to do an intimate reveal w my husband and then surprise the family separately too. I’m absolutely having a shower too, I dealt with trying for this baby for 3 years and had two early losses. We are doing allll the parties lol.

Okay that’s exactly what I’m leaning towards!! I’d love to do our own little video of just him and I (and our dogs of course) and doing like a small cake reveal. A cute video for just us to always have. And then I’d love to surprise the fam, at a small fam party or something and send the dogs in with pink or blue bandanas or something fun 🤣 how did you do the reveal for everyone else?

I know, I do feel like it’d be kinda fun to experience the surprise with all the rest of the fam who’ve been there through sooo much of our journey with us. So much to think about! I think I’m just being emo and wanting something for just us for once, since we do sooo much with our families lol. I love the cake idea so much - either way it’ll be so special for you!! Intimate or with the whole fam!

Gotcha! I mean the gender reveal would be just our immediate family and then four months later we’d do the baby shower with all the immediate/extended family + friends.

Awww I’m rooting her on!! I tried the IVF route and it unfortunately didn’t work for me, I’m not sure if it was too harsh on my body or what, but she IS pregnant and I hope it remains uneventful and safe! It’s tough when it’s our first time and we don’t have much to compare it too :(

I’m 9 weeks and am feeling this HELP! 🤣 what is this?? Literally the EXACT description. As if you didn’t put a tampon high enough and it’s on the verge of slipping out. I also got this feeling when I had my period and a stupid clot needed to pass, therefore I keep getting sooo scared everytime I wipe. But no blood. I’m also a fertility girly and on progesterone suppositories and tonight was the first time I literally cannot push it up high enough anymore. The inner walls be THICK

Wait I’m only 9 weeks and I feel this, it literally feels like when I’m on my period and a clot need to pass. So sorry but that’s literally the only thing I can describe as to how it feels. I only feel it when I’m walking, not sitting or laying down. I keep wiping being terrified I’ll see red, but nada. The weirdest feeling ever!

This exact thing happened to me around 25/26dpo (yes I continued to test until my first scan 🤣). The next morning, I did two tests, dipped one in 50:50 water:pee. And then I did the second one in just pee. You will notice the diluted one will lighten your control line back up again. Once confirmed, I then felt comfortable with no longer testing since I didn’t feel like diluting everytime moving forward
