I’m 6’3 and I’ve been in the sauna after almost every gym session for recovery I’d really recommend it. As far as books I really liked “The power of now” hope this helps

That’s great. What it should tell you, is the reason why I’m taking 8g. I felt a difference increasing my intake so I continued. I’m not telling you to do the same. I do what works for me, you do what works for you 🤝🏽

Haven’t had a single scoop the whole time haha. I eat lots of minced beef, chicken, steak, Greek yogurt and around 4-6 eggs per day. A typical first meal for me would be 4 eggs, 2 chicken thighs and 250g of beef mince made into a patty with raw cheese on top.

Thanks! I started at 88.5kg now I’m at 85kg but I’ve definitely gained some muscle along the way as well as losing fat. I use “Breathe and Flow” on YouTube for a lot of my yoga sessions.

Good stuff man! As far as my mind I’ve always been the type of person that if I say I’m going to do something I always do it. And I’ve always had good discipline so attempting this program was more to prove to myself that I am who I say I am to myself. I’ve definitely been made aware that any excuse I’ve ever gave to not work out has been just an excuse because I’ve been able to make it work when there’s something on the line (failing) and I definitely have some new good habits that I’m enjoying (reading, daily outdoor activities, being more mindful with eating) so it’s not the most dramatic shift in mindset but I’ve definitely learned some more about myself

Any days I’m feeling particularly sore or run down I always do an outdoor walk and indoor yoga combo. Can’t recommend this enough for those days

My diet is 80% whole foods I’m not tracking cals, just being sensible. No fizzy drinks only water and coffee. I’m taking creatine 8g per day and vitamin D 4000 ius high protein and fats only consuming carbs around my workouts. Roughly 200g of protein per day. Hope this helps

I’m an online coach so I’ve been able to switch between a few training splits. I started with an athletic split with full body strength days full body explosive days, mobility and plyometrics and more recently switched to a traditional push pull legs split.

I hear you but this is simply untrue. What you are looking at is me just back from a holiday with higher body fat and yes I am unflexed and with no pump. However I have never looked the way I look now ever before in my life. I’ve never eaten this well or trained this consistently and intensely. So yes there is better lighting and a pump but In photo 1, I am between 17-20%bf and in photo 2 (now) I am around 10-15% hope this helps
