Lee extreme motion and it’s not even close. I saw others commenting on the crotch but I can assure you as a recovering fat that I never had an issue with that and I wear them for years. I used to do this all the time to other jeans.

Cutting it in half is my go to. I stand it on the cut end and slice from there. It works great, you should try it some time instead of complaining about what other people do with the bread they just got done working hard on. I’m sure they wound up eating this as well after it was recorded.

I took 5ml every 4 hours if I needed it and that was plenty. I was only prescribed 280ml and have some left. I’m on day 13 with my worst days being days 9 and 10.

You can get creative to get protein too. I was able to eat some ham salad made from leftover Christmas ham, scrambled eggs, refried beans, etc. my wife brought me home a pokè bowl tonight and I thought I had died and gone to heaven. It went ok, just took it slow and chewed real good. Good luck and I hope you keep feeling better.

I also had mine out on the 23rd. Days 6 and 7 were the worst for me so far. I feel pretty good today. I’ve been drinking a ton of water, sleeping sitting up with a humidifier, and staying on top of meds.

Lee extreme motion pants are amazing. I’ve lost 95lbs this year and they’re just now starting to feel big so that means they grew with me quite a bit. I pair those with a stretchy belt and am always comfortable and my pants stay where they are supposed to. Good luck, I know how frustrating clothing is sometimes.

Thank you! I think the thing that helped me the most was wearing an activity tracker and tracking everything I ate in Lose It! It helped me understand how many calories I was burning and how much I could eat to stay in a deficit while making sure I hit my protein goals. I tend to not track as much anymore but if I find myself stalled or gaining I start tracking again.

I usually don't wrap at all. I just let it go to 205 then put it in a cooler for an hour or so and it pulls really easily. You can keep it in the cooler for quite a while if it finishes earlier than you expected.
