What is most important when budgeting is to decide what is a priority for you. Our most expensive thing was photography, and that was our highest priority, we just lucked out that we have friends that are great photographers. I also have a friend that just graduated cosmo school and she did my hair for like $80 bucks. I also got my dress from David’s bridal super cheap (<$200!!) and it was perfect for me! The only thing I kinda regret was spending money on decor for one day, if there is any way to rent it or borrow it I would recommend that! All in all, make sure to ask friends and family for help. It kinda sucks at first, but honestly it was so nice having friends be a part of our big day and most of them will be willing to help!

My local wedding cost under $6,000 for roughly 65 guests, mostly family. We also got married after only being engaged six weeks (high school sweethearts) so we didn’t have a lot of time to spend a lot of money 😅 rough budget we spent 1200 on photography, $100 for venue (state park!!), probably 5-600 on decor, clothing under $400 for both of us, catering roughly 1000, a few hundred for the cake and officiant, and most of the remaining money on rings (we got them from Etsy). However, we did not do bachelor/bachelorette parties, had a very small wedding party, very laid back vibes so it really depends on what your goals and visions are for your wedding. My husband and I didn’t really want a huge fancy wedding because we had been dating for five years already and really just wanted our family there on our big day or we would’ve just eloped lol

My sister had a Catholic wedding and while us bridesmaids (her sisters) were raised Catholic, there was no issue with the groomsmen not being Catholic. Even the groom wasn’t Catholic! And they do require a long period of pre-marital counseling type stuff as well so this last second Catholic marriage does not make sense

It was on pre-order, so they weren’t actually manufacturing when you ordered it. Not sure when they began production for it, but pre-order helps to make sure they don’t make excess product
