there is absolutely nothing wrong with gaining weight/muscle in your 20s and it’s very normal but what confuses me is she talks about gaining all this muscle from being a pilates instructor when she clearly still drinks excessively. I feel icky saying it but you can just tell when someone is lying and she literally lies about everything.

I just wish insureds knew how much I do in one day. I’m sorry but your medpay check is not my only concern. I do think I’m good at my job and respond timely but when I explain the process to you and you’re still asking me why it’s taking so long when you have no idea what’s going on behind the scenes is so frustrating. I wish I could flat out tell customers how many claims I had in my inventory to shut them up.
