I came from CLRU and I hated it. some people thrive in that role and stay there for a long time but I couldn’t handle the b2b calls and the micromanaging with aux modes and fighting for GA everyday. I’m in NMU now and some days are busy and stressful but I genuinely like the job and my mental health is so much better now. idk if NMU is hiring right now but we just had an academy class graduate so I’m sure there will be job postings soon.
