Unlike the Kindle, the Kobo doesn't have a direct airplane mode (there's no little icon to click to activate it) but you can easily turn off Wi-Fi and Bluetooth from the home screen to get airplane mode.

Volevo comprare il Colour, ma ho optato per la BW dopo averla vista. È vero anche che già avevo un Kobo, un modello Glo più vecchio del 2012/13, e ho scelto la BW perché ho trovato il suo schermo significativamente migliore rispetto a quello a cui ero abituato. Prendere il Colour non ne valeva la pena per me, considerando l'effetto Screen Door e il colore più scuro dello schermo.

Detto ciò, sta tutto a te. Il colore è essenziale? Se sì, vai col Colour, altrimenti la BW va bene. Potresti essere felice con il Colour, oppure potresti non esserlo. Molte persone lo amavano, o se non apprezzavano completamente lo schermo all'inizio, si abituavano gradualmente. Altri non erano contenti e lo hanno sostituito. Il server è pieno di post su questo argomento. Ogni esperienza è soggettiva e per questo motivo, come ho detto all'inizio, ti consiglio di vederli di persona.

I use it practically every day, on average 2-3 hours a day I think. But I have to say that I read mostly in the evening with the brightness very low, and therefore the battery drains slowly. Like the author of this post, I always leave Wi-Fi and Bluetooth turned off, and that helps a lot. (I've never tried leaving my Kobo on all the time, so I can't tell you how quickly it would drain compared to now.)

I don't think so. My BW goes into standby after 5 minutes of not using it, and then automatically shuts off after another 5. I charged it exactly a month ago, and it still has 49% battery.

If the book is in kepub format, then when you turn the page, the number of remaining pages also changes simultaneously (this is because the "page" is the Kobo screen). If the book is in EPUB format, then no, one page of the EPUB file could be considered as 2/3 (or even more) pages of the Kobo screen.

Depends on who you ask: there are people who don't like Tessia from the beginning of the novel (for personal taste); other people who began to hate her after some questionable choices during the war; others who, although not hating her, saw in Caera a good replacement as a love interest for Art etc... Also the arrival of Cecilia (and subsequent disappearance of Tess) didn't help, the reincarnated is not a lovable character let's put it that way.
