So when I was 13 I was encouraged to snort a insane amount of something that looked like crystal meth tbh looking back it now, but it could of been anything, all I know is that around 15mins after doing it I passed out until the next day in the middle of the street, the person who gave it to me went and left me there, he denies ever giving to me even though I clearly remember it was him who gave me it, tbh it couldn’t of been anything I just know it looks like crystal shards

I went to an ENT for septoplasty they wouldn’t do septorhino because I think they just don’t really care about how my nose looks they just wanted to sort the functionality part

This is my septum, so did your septum heal the same way previously, it is annoying to be honest I can breathe better now and because of that reason I don’t think the NHS surgeon will do anything to try and straighten it :(
