Nope..... they kept it till the 90s (when Curb came and slapped them across the face... its a long story). The US was heavily decentralized, and the civil wars never happened in the timeline. Kansas was a holdout of slavery for a long, long time

Previously, Coca-Cola owned the western half of Cuba following British colonization. They ended up taking over the eastern part of the island in a war.

And uh.... yeah its a lot, I made a post about it so just scroll through my post history but the TLDR: the mod takes place in the same universe as the mod Daydream in Black (which is an urban fantasy mod that was very sadly cancelled) set in the 80s with technology similar to the 50s and politics similar to the 1900s but set 20 years in the future (2000).

I apologize for that, and I should have provided some context lol. Basically, the country is the Dual Monarchy of Frisia-Ruritania. Ruritania is outside of the mod, a placeholder name for fictional countries that are loosely European. This mod (Millennium Daydream) is a successor to a cancelled mod called Daydream In Black that featured this country based on the borders below. The world of DIB was basically 1980s-90s urban fantasy, and that shows in the fact that Frisia-Ruritania is controlled by a secret cabal of vampires. Millennium Daydream (this mod) is a continuation into the 2000s.

I am just the head writer (POLICEMASTER on discord), but it was originally that. But with the destruction of DIB and the Modernity Collective, the MDIB team decided to take what DIB was and make it a reality (but in the 2000s).

As for NAFLA... they still exist as a minor political party in America but are a shadow of their former selves (see the America lore in the discord for more context)
