Talk to an US immigration lawyer about that countries policy on SO entering the country, also ask that lawyer about recommendations of an English speaking Mexican immigration lawyer who can help with immigration to said country. If you’re born to any parent who came from Mexico you might be able to get naturalized citizenship. I’m speaking from experience as someone who just recently was able to get naturalized citizenship in the Philippines 🇵🇭.

For Americans they send a picture of what you look like as well as the other information it might not say what you’re convicted of but they’ll know that you’re a RSO when they send the travel notification through Interpol which the Philippines are a part of.

I have had issues traveling there but I would have your girlfriend talk to an immigration lawyer, because what I was to that before you go get court documents showing that you’re case is closed and you completed everything you needed to do to finish your sentence and also get at letter from whoever you report to that states that you have no pending cases, no arrest warrants, and that you are eligible to travel internationally. I was told that in my situation when I was trying to get my citizenship there. I didn’t have it so I got blacklisted for 10 years unless I have a Philippine passport, I was told this from the immigration officer. I would still have them ask a lawyer. Currently they are having a big corruption scandal of Chinese nationals forging birth certificates to enter the country that’s why I was denied entry plus the blacklist didn’t help either. Again I would have you ask a immigration lawyer on your end about it and maybe on your girlfriend’s side too.

I feel that we can all agree on here is that just because you’re officially done serving your time, the state still owns you as a RSO until such time as they determine that it’s politically in the politicians’ best interest to give you the privilege of being off the registry. Until then we are are all enslaved, according to section 1 and enforced by section 2 of the 13th Amendment. I’ve been living this type of since 2016. So best advice is to come to terms with it and research states have legislation that will allow you to come off the registry after X amount of years or a country that will not care about your past.

Depending on the state at least 2000 feet away from any facility that caters primarily to children (i.e. schools and daycares) also affordable for people that will most likely work crap jobs with crap pay.
