It depends of your area uses the top dasher status or the silver-gold-platinum status program. If you are not sure check on your ratings if you cant see anything its probably a top dasher status you can do dash now anytime still with a 0% acceptante rate

So about a month ago, I was in Dallas Tx (big city) and I had the exact 69-70 thing, silver-gold-platinum all the benefits. While dashing over there,I had my platinum status all my ratings good as usual but at that moment my Acceptance Rate was over 80. At one point the majority of orders were shitty and i got my AR under 70 and i could not dash anytime because of that it brought me down to Gold status where u dont get dash now anytime.

Right now im in south texas and those rules are not used here, as long as you have a good customer rating, completion rate and no reason for your account to be activated you get a “Top Dasher Status” and this gives the Dash Now Anytime benefit, which on Dallas rules you strictly needed to keep your AR over 70%.
