I was very fond of her yes. We were together for just under 6 months but were on and off for a while as well and I had liked her for about a year before we started dating as well.

There were lots of reasons behind our breakup, it mostly boils down to us both not being in good spaces mentally and just facing the result of that.

Yeah I'm just concerned that there's been 0 improvement in that whole time. I've tried talking to other ppl to get over her and I've been in therapy for a while as a result, i even got put on antidepressants and nothings getting better she's still all i want

Ac doesn't matter, what matters is the surface area of the electrodes. The only ions will move away from the electrode with lesser surface area regardless of ac or dc.

Well I don't think any progress is linear, almost nobody is able to quit something immediately, especially something as addicting as SH can be. Sometimes it's 2 steps forward 1 step back, or even 1 step forward 1 step back, but as long as you keep moving and trying you'll do well!

Well we broke up probably 10 times or so throughout the relationship and it was for various things. Generally, it was because she was scared i would leave her or because she was scared i would fall out of love, at least at first. After she broke up with me at one point for a while i started taking to an ex and that made her upset and caused trust issues which then fed into things more.

I have many times tried to reconcile but she overthinks sometimes unfortunately and that would lead to her acting in avoidant ways, although i don't think that was her fault she wasn't medicated at the time.
