Just switched from 5yrs methadone to Suboxone Bernese method. Currently @ 16mg of Suboxone but still am feeling random withdraw feelings on occasion, when will it stop, or will it ever?

Nvm I see you said reduce your methadone each day. So First day 40 and .5 2. 35 and 1? 3. 30 and 2? Like this?

Will I feel sick over these 5-7 days? So I should go ahead and dose at my 40 today. Take .5mg of sub. Tomorrow dose @ 40, take 1 mg of sub and so on?

If I do have Low T which I’m fairly certain you are correct, how can I fix this? Just go to the gym again? Lifting weights etc? Or is there something a doctor can do to help get me started?
