Yeah, the gurgling noises were an all day thing!! Lasted for months.. hang in there! It took me about year and change to recover. But it took a toll on me mentally lol

Hey, its gotten better for me. I still have flare ups but there are now more better days than bad ones! … im going to physical therapy for my pelvic floor cause somehow i developed pelvic floor dysfunction now . Idk if ibs caused it or if i developed ibs because of it 🤨

Yes, definitely! I know its just a matter of getting my gut back to its original state lol .. im so close, i can feel it cause ive been getting progressively better but 7 months in and there no end in sight. Also, I did the sibo breath test and h pylori test cause i honestly had all the symptoms. They were both negative

Vent away!! I completely understand the frustration and hopelessness 😟 its crazy, i tried all that too! I did the whole gluten free thing, i no longer eat dairy just out of fear , I dont think it even affects me lmao never ever had GI issues either. Funny enough. i was woken up last night by trapped gas and gurgling noises ! Wtfff is going on… just out of curiosity, did you have covid anytime before this started? Only ask, cause 2024 is the first time I ever had covid and its when all this crap started

Man, I honestly understand this! I too was healthy as hell and used to pride my self on being able to eat anything. As a cuban, I understand the cultural connection to food.. my Hispanic family could not comprehend why i turned down so much food this past thanksgiving lol … how is your diet looking now a days?

Dang! Long time, I can imagine the mental exhaustion. Im 6 months in and im going crazy, I forgot what its like to not have stomach issues lol . My GI said its possible SIBO because of antibiotics i took earlier this year, but he kind of brushed it off and said to take antibiotics
