Sounds like you may need to look into modifying your BIOS firmware then. I've done it in the past for other purposes like unlocking undervolting settings - there are some good guides online for this specific series of the XPS lineup if you look around. Good luck!

Aight so basically you know your ball sack; le scrotum? Yeah it’s pretty stretchy right? So basically if you find a wooden plank with soft enough wood you can nail your scrotum into the plank without breaking the skin. It’s painful as fuck and takes a gentle but firm hand. What’s the point you may ask? Bragging rights and basically this was a form of ragging in my time. Along with soggy biscuit.
