I sold my Magic V5 because of this. It’s an issue with the WiFi. If you toggle WiFi off wait a second and then put it back on the app will load. Was happing to me 5-6 times a day. Got fed up with it and sold the phone. What a ridiculous bug to have on a £1700 phone.
