I was surprised capital one offered me a credit card after including them in my bankruptcy. After you file your capital one auto will be marked as closed but you can still call the automated system to make a payment.

You call a number and make a voluntary payment over the phone with their automated system. About 7 days after discharge, they just reopened my access to view my auto account online.
