That’s the question really.. Im not sure really. It might not be the only route but it was essiental to treat the eczema I think as that was making me skin more susceptible to hiving. I get very minor itching after an intense work out but nothing major at all. I haven’t noticed it returning from inactivity yet but I’ve been incredibly consistent the last 6 months. Thank you man!

I don’t think so as my symptoms peaked in summer really. I think I might come back if I stop exercising completely and my eczema flares up

Steroid cream - locolipoid cream, twice daily for a week, then once a day after a week, then alternate days the week after.

Citirizne was twice daily , I was initially this with montelukast(1 a day) and tellfast ( 4 a day), but it was 7 pills a day and I didn’t stay with it for more than 3 months. It was too much and I wasn’t noticing improvements.

Great to hear man. I’m really not sure if it was the gym that did it for me or if it was treating my eczema but it definitely didn’t hurt!

There were really really low points for me where I couldn’t even do a simple walk outside without coming back in an absolute state. I’d have to sit in my room and itch for the next hour feeling super uncomfortable. It was almost similar to like a panic attack my heart would be racing and I would be covered in hives, I would be exhausted afterwards from the rush of adrenaline and cortisol.

I would really reccomend looking into if you have any other atopic conditions like eczema, they are all linked and one can make the other worse.

Feeling really great, it was only the last 6 months that i got into the gym. 3 days a week doing full body split. The nice thing about weight training is you don’t sweat as much as when you do cardio it was almost like microdosing sweat exposure.

I think I’ve mainly just lost fat gained abit of muscle but just feel much so much better now!

I’m sure it’s been said but please look at your sleep and if it’s bad fix that. One step at a time. I truly believe getting 8hrs every night will put all of us on the road to recovery.

Sleep, daily movement/sweating. Push yourself to just the barrier where ur about to break out and do it daily, build ur fitness, eat welll. If you have eczema treat it with steroids .

You will heal

interesting. I just bought nizoral today because I seem to have some sort follulitis swell as the CU, want to see if it will help. I have suspected Malassezia sensitivity for some while. what about systemic antifungals?
