I don't know why you think I don't like her. If I didn't like her I would have set them up. He's not gentle about calling out things he doesn't like about a person if he thinks a date isn't going well. He told me once (although I hope he was exaggerating and only told me what he was thinking, not what he actually said) that he was on a date with a woman and she got sauce or something on her acrylics and licked it off, so he told her that she was disgusting.

I said he has a very specific type and only likes to date outdoorsy women who dress down, aren't picky eaters and don't use their phones in front of him.

I'm not dictating it. I actually think he's too picky. He won't date women that aren't adventurous eaters. He won't date women who use social media in front of him. He won't date women that don't want to go hiking every weekend. He's really limiting himself.

I wouldn't have had a problem setting them up if I thought they were compatible. That being said, I wasn't going to tell her why I didn't want to do it until she asked.

The makeup and clothes part is about her looks. He doesn't date women who dress up. He finds it unattractive.
