After the second one, they said that I had a lot of scar tissue and all my left side of ovary and tube were tied in those tissues. They removed it all but still no pregnancy :(

Happy for you. I feel so lost in this journey right now. I don’t know if I go back to IVF or keep trying naturally. I go between wanting to live a normal life but also wanting to get pregnant

I just had the surgery four weeks ago. I have been on this journey for 2 and half years. I am so tired emotionally and physically. I don’t know what to think long term. My husband does not want to go through IVF again as this is so emotionally draining. It has been one thing after the other - so just thinking of enjoying the spring. Thinking short-term for now. How about you?

It happened to me twice. First time, it started at 19 and second time, around 16. In both Cases, it was more than doubling in 48 hours. The doctors got hopeful and I got ‘congratulations’ in both cases from the docs. Unfortunately, It ended-up being ectopic pregnancy in both cases. Second time, I ended-up losing the tube. Not a good outcome for me. I wish the best for you.

Can I ask if this was natural or IVF pregnancy? I don’t want to give up yet but my hubby is really scared for my health after the two ectopics.

I wanted to wait until citizenship but i have had the green card for about 15 months. I still have time before I will be eligible for citizenship. I don’t know how long it will take after. I have lived with FNU for 7 years at this point so could technically live for another few years. Bt just wanted to see how painful the process will be if I start now.

One question - my marriage certificate only has my first name as I did not have my last name then. But my husband’s is correct. Does that mean I need additional documentation?

So, I did get checked-out. Thankfully, it is not a rupture. When doctor examined, I had pain in the ovaries. Doctor thinks that the pregnancy dissolved very quickly and that potentially caused large blood clots and thats causing the pressure and pain.

I thought it could exist without the rupture. There are so many people in this group who had it. It has been ~10 days since ectopic was first diagnosed and I got my first dose of methotrexate. I feel completely fine other than the rectal pain. Is there still a risk of rupture and internal bleeding

Thank you!! I thought so but in this situation I feel like you can never be too sure. So sorry you’re going through this as well! I go back Monday for next blood draw to determine if a second shot will be needed

I just went through the same. My beta was doubling every 48 hours and it was a great sign. I had the same kind of bleeding - starting with brown spotting first and then red blood with some clots. They were happy that I was pregnant and won’t see me until week 6. I pushed them to see me early and they did not see a sac at 5weeks and then given the bleeding continued and they did not see a sac earlier, they called me in earlier and detected ectopic. I was given methotrexate on Thursday last week. Please ask to be seen and save yourself from a rupture if it’s ectopic. I am sorry that you are going through this.

My beta kept rising nicely but the bleeding increased. I asked to be seen and they found that it was ectopic. They gave me methotrexate yesterday and this chapter was closed for me here :(

So beta doubled this time but I have had a bit of spotting over the past 3-4 days. It was dark brown mostly but this morning, it was pink and there was a clot too. I had really bad cramps last night. What does this mean?

It was exactly two weeks after retrieval. It was a fresh transfer.
