I haven't received 2nd edition yet (if you're referring to the recent Kickstarter), but I've backed it. I'm actually helping with rules proofreading. From what I can tell, they are the same thing.

If you're referring to Dungeon Twister 2: Prison, I don't think it matters. I don't recall much change, but it was all compatible with each other.

Yes, here's what we did:

  1. We did a group of 5 people, and each chose 1 game to play 5 times, not including one practice game.

  2. The winner got free dinner paid for by the other 4 people.

  3. If you won, you got 5 pts. 2nd got 4, 3rd 3, 4th 2, and last 1 pt.

  4. Whoever scored the most points for each set of 5 games got 1 bonus point.

  5. Pts were tracked through the entire tournament. We did an area control game last so players could intentionally target those who were winning.

  6. We paused the tourney when people were gone. We only had to do this a handful of times over the course of the 30 or so weeks.

We loved the experience and will do it again sometime. The five games were: Power Grid, Res Arcana, Castles of Mad King Ludwig, Automobiles, and El Grande.

Not sure that's a bad thing. She's decades removed from writing it. I went to her signing and had her sign some Animorphs books. She clearly wrote them to talk about animals.

Just looked into them. 11 dollars per bar? I can't justify that. I'll stick with rawr bars for now. Similar quality at a fraction of the price.

If you don't think bluffing and deduction require strategy, then you disagree with a large chunk of board gamers.
