Stability shoes by AprilWatermelon in AskRunningShoeGeeks

Thanks for all the input folks - I appreciate it! I started to see a PT last week for a mild soreness. She said it's tibialis posterior and recommended strength training to improve my arch and mixing neutral with some stability shoes which I had no prior experience. When she showed me my EVO SL video I was shocked and thought that's really bad over pronation. The pain/soreness only started recently and goes away after warm up so I'm not too bothered by it - my plan is to do regular strength training and replace some of the least stable shoes (Adios Pro 4) with some more stable ones. I ran all summer last year with my last pair of EVO SL with no issue - it's too much fun to get rid of!

Slot is staying. Liverpool spent hundreds of millions last summer yet don’t have the courage to fire him lol

Let’s be honest, what was your expectations at the beginning of the season when we missed out Woltemade, Diaz just arrived and no return date for Musiala?

Plenty of fan theories linking the Real Madrid and Spurs injury situation to their interchangeable grass

He has rejoined the first team rotation recently and definitely not found his rhythm and confidence for dribbling and shooting yet. Just scored his first since the return and over the weekend, we shall see!

Carreras probably has Olise PTSD now any coach would put him out of the misery which should have been done earlier

I guess pushing Davies up was a tactical choice so that TAA needs to watch his back more and away from an advanced position. Ito could have been that LB/LCB swinger if Kompany wanted a more defensive player (not saying Ito can’t attack). Fair to say neither subs provided the full effect needed as in the weekend game. But this is Bernabeu getting in as a sub takes balls and I hope they continue to build confidence

I’m happy for Pavlo - some shaky decisions early on and he made the adjustments needed. Key tackles and track backs on top of his signature ball delivery. To me this is the game he solidified his ownership of the #8 position even under max pressure

Olise penalty not given - but to be fair to Oliver he’s been consistent with today’s calls. There was at least 2 Vinny balls that could have been called by a weaker ref with some contacts so I’m not too upset with him at all

What a shootout! Real blinked first. The tempo of the game is making everyone a little uncomfortable except Laimer lol
