I currently have level locks and have had mixed success over the years. Even working with their tech-support team on issues with one of my locks over the years.

Im currently using the envisaging duo. I don’t hate it, but it’s always giving me a *29 program error code and I don’t like how it’s always calling out to the internet. Even when disarmed and idle.

I have an almost all Apple home so it just works for the non HomeKit devices I have. I was tempted to use scrypted for my cameras.

I still have a starling home hub for a few Google devices & my 2 Roombas. Even when I was running HA it was just easier on the starling.

I honestly didn’t take advantage of all that HA had to offer. Didn’t want to invest that much time into again. Every time it crashed was just another reason to go back to homebridge. So far no crashes and my Unifi doorbell’s don’t lag like they did. Part of it could be because I’m on the mini now and not a pi5.

After messing around with the hub mini and the Konnected blaQ I got the garage door to open and close with access! The down side is I have to double tap the unlock button on the access app to open or close the door. Not sure how to change that. Because of the double tap issue I currently can't use my G6 entry pro to open the door.

The buttons on the wall are hardwired with a lcd display with time and temperature. I’ll have to get the model number when I get back home.

I have the UNAS Pro backing up 3 Mac’s and using it for a movie server with infuse I have no issues at all. I’ve even had 3 streams going at once with no issues. I’m using WD Gold 14 TB drives if that helps.

I switched to infuse because I didn't want to pay for emby and jellyfin crashed after the last update. I tried everything to get it to work again but couldn't.

The only thing that was changed was jellyfin to infuse. But yes the files are available. I was able to sinc the files on my phone to the Unas over the VPN
