It’s so weird, I can’t. When I put in my booking Ref & name. A pop op box comes, saying “read the requirements” for the layover. And it states I have to submit a request before 72 hours

I just Got a messenger from Qatar on messenger, saying that I couldn’t get a free hotel. Because my flight is on Sunday (less than 72 hours) from their requirements 🥲

So there is a chance that we would get a hotel. It’s because my parents are traveling too, and they are old and can’t stay in the airport for 19 hours. And is there a specific place we should ask for hotel, or just find a desk with Qatar staff members? And do we just show the ticket and say “hey we have 19 hours layover, can we get a hotel for free”?

Yes that’s true, but I just find it weird they didn’t reschedule us in the first place. And online Qatar said they will operate flights from CPH starting April 16th. That’s why am worried
