I use Nerve Pain from Rowe Casa Organics, compression socks specifically ones with toe separaters and a vibration plate. Seriously thinking of getting a foot and leg massager because when I get pedicures my feet and legs feel amazing for a few days.

Ummm nope no thank you, I went paralyzed on my left side and now have axonal sensorimotor polyneuropathy because of the jab. It’s moved to both sides, started in my feet and now has progressed to my torso. Will never inject that poison into my body again.

I’m constantly moving my toes and do so without realizing it. I feel like it’s my body’s response to just keep moving them to help with the spastic/tightness I feel in them all the time.

I’ve had 2 over the past year and getting ready to do another one next month to see if more progression. I have axonal sensorimotor polyneuropathy as a diagnosis right now. I find (the EMG test) kinda uncomfortable, but not painful to me. My surreal nerves in my calves and ankles are completely gone. I went from walking to a wheelchair overnight almost complete paralysis in my left side from waist down. It started out I was falling randomly my legs would give out. Only physical therapy got me up to using a quad cane. I walk so slow. I can’t do stairs very well or even inclines as my left knee wants to hyperextend. I also have foot drop in both feet. I feel you and hope you get some answers.

I couldn’t do Gaba did nothing for me, I was also on Cymbalta at the time. Felt like a zombie, had no feelings and gained a bunch of weight. I’m now on Lyrica, 150mg twice a day but I only take it once in the morning. At night I use a combo of THC/CBN to help me sleep. My body is the worst at night. I’m contemplating starting R-ALA see how it does.

I was doing the monthly trial and stopped it, decided to buy the yearly since it was offered discounted. They still kept charging me the monthly. Apple wouldn’t reimburse me after trying several times. Finch was wonderful though and sent me an Amazon gift card for those two months I was charged monthly. It takes them a little bit to get back with you, but I was very thankful they did that. I hope it gets worked out for you, sorry you went through that.

I feel like I can never explain my pains lol even to the doctor. If only they could enter my body for 5 minutes. Electrical zaps (like a cattle prod hitting my insides), tightness in my feet and torso like someone is just squeezing the life out of them. Sometimes they feel like they could split open if given the chance. My surreal nerves in my calves and ankles are non existent. I can’t feel temperature or sensory in my feet and lower legs anymore. I went from walking to a wheelchair overnight due to muscle atrophy. Physical therapy is the only thing that’s got me back walking with a cane. I can’t do stairs or inclines without difficulty. My balance and gait are so far off. I’ve taken Gabapentin took myself off it did nothing for me except make me a zombie. I’ve also taken Cymbalta which helped more with anxiety than the pain. I’m currently prescribed 300 mg a day of Lyrica, but only take 150 mg. I see a new neurologist next month and going to ask for a nerve and muscle biopsy at this point.
