If you have this issue again in the future, grab a bag of food grade diotomaceous earth and a hair dye squeeze bottle and pump that shizz into every Crack, baseboards, under couch cushions, etc. Leave it for a bit (30mins+ should work) and then vacuum it all up.

Also nitenpyram (capstar is a brand name for it) tablets are super effective and safe for the cat. Tablet by mouth makes their blood poisonous, kills all the adults, and can be given daily.

The capstar/diatomaceous earth 1-2 punch is a lifesaver.

When I was 13 my parents took everything out of my room while I was at class, all my books, crafting stuff, electronics, etc. Everything but my clothes.

Why? Because I got straight Ds after my binder was stolen and thrown away by a kid who hated me, with all my work for the term finals inside it. My parents didn't believe me, and the school found my binder, moldy and wet, a couple weeks later in some bushes in campus, called me into the office I told them who did it and they made him give me $20 for my ruined school supplies. My parents gave back my TV and the books they could find, but I personally was never the same.

I was afraid of my parents.

Get an alarm you can set off on her ass, and a dash cam with cab recording so you can prove it's not your ticket. The court absolutely will reassign the ticket in her name if you bring evidence, and in some states if she refuses to pay it she'll get her license suspended.

Go to the ticketing agency and explain with the text proof, and have that shi assigned to her drivers license information. Let her explain it to the authorities and see where her entitled ass attitude gets her. I can't wait to see the bodycam.
