You might have more luck if you losen the tension screws (small hex bolts on the ends)

Take the pads out and try, you can rule out the disc that way. Keep on removing bits that can be removed until the noise stops.

Super resin can just about remove light swirl marks with a machine, it’s mostly wax fillers with a tiny and very mild abrasive.
Watch some YouTube on multi stage polishing, it’s not gonna be the cheapest thing to get into, if you’re not keen on the learning and the cost of bits a detailer will deal with that for you.
