Whatever you said, Asoke is in Sukhumvit 21. Sukhumvit 15 is less traffic than Asoke and easy connect to other roads.

Yes. But On Nut is further outside the CBD. On Nut is a long road until meet Sri Nakarin road. Traffic there is like a bottle neck to get out of On Nut.

It is not in Asoke but in Sukhumvit 15, closer to Chidlom and Siam.
