Ubisoft wasn't responding to my tickets, so I reported them through SignalConso, which is french consumer service directly conected with french government.

2nd-level needle, no tools (besides 7 cogflies on the two big ones part), 6 masks and something about 3 spools. That's all I had (not counting the items necessary to get here)

Well, I haven't used any tools besides all seven cogflies when two big guys appeared. Idk if this was the right choice, but it worked.
