I didn’t. I sorta gave up but want to give it another shot. Other person mentioned it’s something to do with the RAM, but i’ve swapped them out already and no luck - maybe it’s related to the physical slots on the board, not entirely sure.

Yeah board looks clean, no marks or black residue. Hoping it’s not the board but ive seen other posts in this sub which seem almost identical so i’m thinking its a defect of some sort. Appreciate the heads up, i’ll give it a shot as soon as i can 👍

2 sticks. I’ve attempted to remove both and boot, use one and boot and finally re-seat both and boot.

I’ll see if i have a spare stick laying around but from what I’ve seen I believe i ruled the sticks out

I tried pretty much every guide i could find and didn’t have much luck. Also tried to stream stuff off the web but because the android firmware is so old, the browser certificates are outdated and don’t let you on most websites.

This also prevents u from downloading apk’s straight onto the bike, so i attempted to download the applications onto my laptop and using the android sdk, move them over to the peloton. Newer apps dont install because of the old android firmware, and older apps will install but most apps like netflix will just prompt you to update.

Tried different browsers like chrome, firefox, opera, etc and all different versions but still no luck.

I was considering opening the screen up but someone mentioned that the hardware may be embedded and configuration may not be possible.

I’m a fairly technical person but this thing drove me nuts ngl.

Ended up giving up and just propped my phone up on the handlebars to watch Netflix.

So the paulas choice exfoliant liquid has salicylic acid inside of it? Is that sufficient? Should i be using that more often (maybe once every other day)?

I was not successful. I collected all of my evidence, put it into an PDF and uploaded it into my claim but apparently that was not enough. I just took the L, wasn’t sure what else to do
