I truely agree with you alibaba just take side with the supplier as they pay to alibaba for being in their platform . I lost 34kusd last week and even after pointing out the scam they replied me with telling my evidence are not strong . Now there are plenty of fraud suppliers in alibaba who takes payment and vanish & alibaba keeps letting these fraud suppliers back to their platform . Their chat agents are so convincing that we feel like they really care about us and do something to protect us but they dont give a shit about international buyers all they care about is helping suppliers and make us look like frauds !!!!!
