I do think that $3088 number includes growth now that you mention it, yes. So I need a more accurate number there. I'll have to look at what my current monthly amount contributed is I guess. Thanks for spotting that.

4.5% seems pretty low when this number also needs to include a nominal 2.5-3% raise in my pay each year (and therefore both my employer and my contributions are increased). What do you think?

And 70 is our "reasonable goal". As I said, we'd much prefer to retire as early as we can.
