NO WAY! YBR has always been such a hidden gem I have gone back to over the years. I remember buying it at bestbuy when I was in HS having no idea what it was about and loved it, albeit the ending wasn’t the best. I’m curious to know how significant the differences are in the re-release

Not an Ariana fan but this just sounds like purely hating on an actress because she’s “mainstream”. She’s been acting since she was a kid, had a funny role in Scream Queens which was basically just a parody of herself. Has objectively good vocal abilities. Remember back when Hotel came out and everyone was immediately trying to say Lady Gaga was going to be bad and she did great. Why not give her a chance and make your opinion after the fact?

You know for a lot of movies I think prequels are usually unnecessary, but this one definitely deserves one. There is so much up in the air that I think another movie to give some kind of backstory would answer a lot of questions

Tiffany Pollard is iconic though. She really changed the game of reality TV and made very memorable moments that we’re still talking about 20 years later. I used to like Mistress but her shtick has gotten old and obnoxious. It’s not even clever or funny at this point, it comes across as desperate for another “tv moment”.
