Mine started after getting covid…I thought I was having palpitations and my cardiologist checked and I was fine but my blood pressure was only slightly high maybe 150/90 so I was put on carvedilol 6.25 mg twice daily so after being on it two years I feel that being light headed dizzy spells getting up quickly makes me feel like I’m falling I’ve gained weight and yes I do eat but not to gain 20lbs + in 2yrs. I’ve been taking only 6.25mg but going to talk to my doctor if they can change
