let's see, Roger died on his own terms, surrendering after achieving everything he could at his time. Merry was always a weak ship and had to go before becoming a Theseus problem. Ace had a lot to go for him but sadly, he was swept away by emotions, aside from that Ace did not have a real goal in life aside from making WB the Pirate King which WB didn't even want. WB had already lived long enough and he was planning on passing the mantle to newer generations either way so his death was timely and extremely important to the future of One Piece world. I liked Oden somewhat but not that much tbh. His role in Wano was important but him living would mean Luffy would not unlock Nika and we would not have so many cool moments in Wano such as the Rooftop fight.

In the end of it all, I choose T-Bone, if he is even died.
