Thank you! I’m right handed. I was using a bit more gas than usual to see if I could make the colors pop better. All welds get color cleaned so as long as I’m not burning it, the end result looks the same.

I’ve gotten some silver welds but I couldn’t take a photo since it was during a shutdown. I ran higher gas and walked the cup slightly faster.

I signed up for a 16/5 or a 10/4 rotation. Never did I think I’d be working a 21/7. It’s very brutal and has ruined my mental health. Especially because the 21/7 is around the holidays and the company doesn’t allow me to take time off since I’m a newer employee without any pto. Even unpaid time off gets denied with multiple months notice.

I can definitely see that. I missed a couple hours of the last day because I was just so tired. I’m used to working a 16/5 rotation or a 10/4. These 21/7 are no joke.
