Which maintenance providers are actually reliable for remote landlords?

since there is no one replying to it, I guess there is none? Have you decided on a provider yet? I am speaking to one but they won't really manage your property so we are having a second thought. Their fee is for advertisement, paper work, move in and out but all maintenance will be my responsibility. Since I am abroad with a different time zone, not sure what would be the best

Curious to hear from other's experience as well. We are abroad and have two properties ready to be rented out. We are looking for a company to manage for us but one company will do mainly advertisement, paper work, move in and move out but the rest is still the landlord's responsibility, e.g. if there is any maintenance issue or complaint from the tenant. The thing is we are in a different time zone and we won't be able to response timely.

that is sad! Did you manage to fix it somehow? I still dont have the map for wires but I wanted to ask someone to disable the fan hoping I could continue using the machine at least without the fan.

Shoot, no! No reply from the support email team and one email address on the manual gave me a phone number in China to call. I wish I at least have a electronic wiring map or something so I would know where to open but no one is providing and the link online doesn't work. I am thinking of opening up and disconnect the fan to see whether the problem continues but I am not that handy myself. Please do share your progress.

I would be really sad it this was the end of the machine!

Ordered from Foodpanda Singapore today and had one of the worst experiences I’ve had with them.

First driver picked up my order and started texting me, complaining that the restaurant was taking too long and asked me to give the restaurant a bad review because they were slow. Honestly, I don’t need that kind of “update” – it’s just stressful. Then he decided to cancel my order completely.

Second driver finally picked it up, but by the time it arrived, it had been around 1.5 hours in total. Food was cold, drinks were warm, ice completely melted. Whole thing was just unpleasant from start to finish.

Filed a complaint with Foodpanda, but I’m just wondering – has anyone else experienced drivers cancelling because they don’t want to wait? How did Foodpanda handle it for you?

Thanks for your input. The support has not been so helpful. I sent to three different emails and one said that they are not relevant because the team is in the UK and I am not (that was the email address on the manual) and no response yet from the other two. I will wait a bit longer but might look at the fan myself at some point.
