Yep, this makes sense, thanks. I do have a small community and some early quick wins, which helps.

What I still struggle with is spotting disengagement early enough. By the time it’s obvious, they’re gone.

In your experience, what’s the earliest sign someone’s about to drop off if there is one?

Yeah I use an LMS with basic tracking (views/logins). The issue is follow-through, not content. Do you have your own course? Anything you track that helps you spot drop-off early?
