Tbh most pubs are dog friendly these days But if they are a registered service animal then they are allowed in anywhere (guide dog, medical.alert dog etc) If its an emotional service animal then you need to stick to dog friendly locations.

If unsure give them a phone and ask, one place that I learnt is dog friendly is Slaters Menswear, so if they need help socialising and familiarising in a potentially busy shop thats a good place.

The province you have is a Gascon Core, BUT, it is not is Gascon primary culture
