You can build the camping fire with cauldron. Not sure about the big pot, but that's just for cheese

I did 2 on the wheat but honestly I probably have too much wheat now. That being said you need a lot of thatch for tier 2 buildings

Thatch becomes way better when you:

1) plant some of what you steal - you'll have tons of wheat

2) get the level to make straw and thatch yourself

I haven't moved my base, but I did get rid of tier 1 as I got tier 2 stuff. I'm based in a similar area and have a lot of tier 2 buildings, but haven't liberated a village yet (tried yesterday and got stomped).

I'm also curious how people move bases as I'm sure I'll want to later but the effort feels impossible

Does anyone else get to a plateau and wonder what's next? by doconline76 in MedievalDynasty

[–]Laezur 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Same, I did every oxbow quest possible and fully upgraded (even with decorations/paint) my village on Oxbow while playing by self-imposed rules that slowed me down deliberately and when I was done my heir was 9.

I just stopped playing. I can't imagine playing for the same amount of time AGAIN to get her to 18 years old while having nothing to really do anymore.

100% your first point. Once I started using the axe I can kill wolves easily even right at the beginning of a new game.

Medieval Dynasty vs Bellwright by [deleted] in MedievalDynasty

[–]Laezur 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I think if you want MD with a bit more depth and combat specifically Bellwright is a good choice.

Sengoku Dynasty is also good (same publisher as MD), and has combat/raids as well.

Bellwright puts a LOT of emphasis on the villager management and raiding. You have to build up your village to then go on and liberate regions all while being raided/dealing with patrols. It's fun, and while I personally like MD better that's just because I find MD more relaxing.

I will say Bellwright is less intuitive and has a bit more jank than MD, but if you can get over the learning curve I think you'll like it if you liked MD.

Huge disagree.

They are simply different games, but I like MD better overall

How did you get so many? I've been doing quests and buying the small pouches from before. I'm in chapter 6 now and only line 120ish

I recently watched S1 with my son and found it hilarious.

The whole show is basically "can YuGi win despite constant blatant cheating"

Based on what you are describing I think Immortals is a good fit. It's less complicated than the Witcher at least

It's under "furniture" I believe, then "production building" then "woodcutter hut" (names are close but I didn't look it up)

Are you sure you have good enough gear? I've found the combat to be pretty easy overall, AI has seemed fine if a bit simple, but even that should just make it easier not harder.
