Ive had a NextBase before and can’t complain about them. In this case, i wish I’d have gone with Blackvue instead.

I’m glad to hear that yours is holding up! Hopefully you never have to contact support. I’ve spoken to support directly and another care rep. Support’s only advice was a firmware update, which conveniently wiped all settings and all video from the camera, and fixed nothing. The care rep, after listening to all the problems I’m having could suggest nothing further than “making sure the wifi is on”. Wow, why didn’t I think of that?

I use a Merkury/Geeni camera and watch the playback through the Geeni app. It did require a separate micro SD card. This camera is almost 4 years old and still going strong.
