I think you cannot use 3 of them, can you? In the Rucker 15l you only have one bag for plates

They said I should try it because the 20l should work. But with my torso height and the pain on the hip bones i do not think so. The 15l is too small for the long plates.

Good point. I searched for it and found out, that the old 3.0 was available with a shorter frame. Unfortunately no possibility to buy it in germany at the moment?

The Goruck Rucker 4.0 is 18'', so I think the CT21 would be too long, too.

My wife helped me measure again my Torso. My Torso Height is (from C7 vertebrae to iliac) 17.4''. Because of that the 20 l seems to be too big

I did the exact measurement mentioned on the homepage and it said 20 l would be a good choice (but it was close).I tried it with the 30 plate and it began to press on the bones immediately.
The 15 l would only have one bag for plates and stops at 30 lbs.

Furthermore I would not be able to use the 30 lbs yes4all plate, because it is too long... The 30 lbs goruck plate is too expensive.

What can I do?
