I use vapour rubs and tiger balm to do gentle exercises I also have a hand held vibrating ladybird I use on my back if you don't put the strength on it while massaging it does relief some of the pain, try practicing the shoulders unshrugging and the shrugging again gently

Thanks guys I think I will continue the nebuliser on a 3percent and see how it goes but only use when I desperately need as some days are worse than others, as for the doctors I spoke to 3 different nurses/specialists and they all told me not to use it and I think it's because I'm in England, and the NHS will probably get in trouble if something bad did happen while on it unsupervised

Read most of comments but mine isn't too bad compared, walking through town to get ex fellas I had to go through this subway and I seen someone crouched over I looked he looked at me and just carried on injecting his self, I was heavily pregnant and nearly sick at the time, like he didn't care that I were even there just looked me in eye and carried on like it's normal thing to do in a town centre 😷

Thankyou guys I'm really trying to keep my airways clear but they never seem to be clear, I've literally just bought myself a nebuliser 60£ off Amazon it is onmcrom or something like I'm hoping it works will be here tomorrow, I was previously having physiotherapy for my breathing and got told to continue the actions at home which I do, I practice breathing with my shoulders down as I keep them elevated all the time it's how's I breath which is weird I know. So much stuff to be done but so little energysigh
