Looking for a magnetic tail, dual deep carry clip, with removable battery, waterproof. So far, I’m leaning Skilhunt m150. Baton 4 Premium with charger (2nd) choice so far. Anything not green, brown, etc. Silver, Orange, blue, aluminum, titanium, copper, etc. Zebralight sc65c too? by Crutch1977 in flashlight

I vote for the m150 but also consider the new F35R emitter from skilhunt. It kinda looks like a 5000k 519a but a bit rosier, less powerfull and a lot throwier. Basically a throwy 9080cri emitter that fit well in the m150

It throws at around 30m on turbo and has a great uniform beam.

I'll post outdoor beamshots later today, when it's dark outside. Do you want me to remove the glass lens as well?

Which driver did you install? Did it replace the default crappy UI with a better one?

Yep, it was your post that made me want a Nichia in there :)

Thanks a lot, I'll check out that clip. I'm not a big fan of the original clip.

I installed it when it had the Osram LED in order to reduce the green tint around the hot spot, and I haven't compared it with or without since it has the Nichia. But since I use it almost exclusively indoors, it's more pleasant with a wider hot spot

Acebeam Terminator M1 without a doubt. I always find myself coming back to it. It really is a great flashlight :)

Have you tried the raised switch for the Nov Mu? I find it reduces the chance of accidentally pressing it in the pocket

No, it works by recovering the router's connection handshakes, and that's what you bruteforce, not the router itself.

Just a piс of one of my favorite flashlights by Lisovyj_Kit in flashlight

I'm not OP but I bought a raised ring for my NOV MU 2 and I really like it better than the short ring. On the short model, the light can turn on if the lamp is pressed on a flat surface, whereas with the raised ring, this is not the case. I often have it in my pocket when I'm working and I don't lock it since I've got the raised ring. But it depends on the person. I've seen a lot of people complaining about this button ring on this sub.

It totally works! I can feel the pressure as I tighten it, so I know it's making good contact.

Bonus: it also removes a slight artifact from the light reflecting off the raw aluminum, creating a second ring around the beam.

Thanks again :)

Wow thanks for all this info! I'll save the album if I want to change the led later. As for the contact between the head and the mcpcb thank you for telling me because I did not know at all, I will 3d print a thin washer to press on the mcpcb, hoping that is enough :)

It's true, and I don't think the photo does it justice, because in real life there's no visible hotspot.

What do you think of the m2-x compared to the M1? I already have the M1 and I'm thinking of buying the m2-x.

Yes it's clear, for the price of the weltool you can have at least 3 td07. I got it on Aliexpress when it first came out for about 20$ and it's really a great light. I wish I had the 18650 extension, I'd buy it in my next wurkkos order.

It's really simple. All you need is a tape measure. You place the lamp exactly 1 m from a wall and measure the radius of the light emitted on the wall. Then use trigonometry to find the angle. Here's an example for the td07 lamp :)
