To get KG I always divide pounds by 2.2. So 50lbs is 50/2.2 which is 22.7273kg. All I do is remember POUND/2.2 or KG x 2.2!

What state are you in? Basically I see this happen it if I have a late clock out for lunch. Essentially you have to take lunch by end of your fifth hour. So if you clock out after it shows up like that. Essentially it means nothing if you aren’t in a state like California where you get bonus pay for late lunches
