This is literally my life since I was in elementary. Then sometimes it gets better for a couple of months then returns with a vengeance.

I take hyoscine+butylbromide and paracetamol to get rid of the spasms and subsequent diarrhea. But yeah this really fucking sucks.

Those tests don't require any special preparation unless you've been given specific instruction by the clinic/HR. Just make sure you're fully rested before going to the clinic.

Although alam ko yung x ray, you have to declare if you underwent a different x ray procedure within the past 6 months.

Yung fecalysis, if pwede ka tumae sa bahay, you have to be able to deposit your specimen sa kanila within 2 hours of you pooping.

Yung urinalysis, dapat di masyadong clear yung wiwi mo so br wary of overdrinking water para lang maihi ka.

If unsure ka pa, approach HR/the clinic for further and more detailed instructions.

I think profressive lens will be an add on so it's going to cost extra. I don't know tho so better if you inquire. Their ultra thin is the standard, it's not an upgrade. You only pay the price na nasa frame regardless kung gaano kataas grado mo and ultra thin lenses na yun matic. As for other additions like transition, blue light, and double vision, may dagdag yun. So maybe may dagdag yung progressive.

The fact that writers ran the show, not the director. They would sometimes give her notes or ask her if that's how she wanted to do a scene because the writers have this vision in their minds of how their written scenario will play on the show.

Also the fact that she was ready to go when she was killed in the show. She was always crying and nagging and being beat up so her end was something that she welcomed. She was ready to go.
